Each one of us is born creative and is endowed with creative imagination. For a child, a pillow becomes a horse! Creativity is inert and it can be honed and easily brought forth. Creativity is simply the ability to generate ideas. And you can learn to easily deep dive and generate a tons of ideas....in a few minutes!

Innovation is the ability to generate an idea and execute it. It is a process that can be learnt and repeated. You don't wait for innovation to occur. You make it happen. If you are Newton, do not wait for the apple to fall- go and shake the tree!

Between them, they have offered workshops on creative thinking to some of the leading brands in the world and have helped organisations unleash a culture of innovation.
